Involtini Italian Cuisine:3星級手工意粉

辛勞咗1個月,腳都痛埋,復活+清明宣佈休息2星期,係時候好好慰勞吓自己~

呢間意大利餐廳幾個月前已經CAP定圖打算去,但次次都就唔啱時間,上星期六食完佢屯門間姊妹店都無為意原來係同一間!😂😂😂

Honey問:米芝蓮(Guide)意大利菜,會唔會食晏都食幾千蚊架?

為咗令佢釋除疑慮,我即刻上網睇睇個餐牌,長通粉都係HK$128之嘛,放心喎!😂😂😂

The young chef, an alumnus of Otto e Mezzo, attracts a loyal following with his fresh pasta, handmade in-house daily. Italian eggs and flour are used in the dough which is rested overnight to give it a lovely al dente texture. The signature tagliolini with springy carabineros red prawns boasts a rich sauce loaded with seafood flavours. The pasta menu is updated from time to time to keep it fresh and reflect what’s in season.

好彩有預先BOOK位咋,眼前呢2張大枱係比人BOOK咗架啦,我地好幸運,竟然有得坐全店最IG-able果張窗邊半圓形梳化!!!(瘋狂同每一碟餸合照是常識吧😂😂😂)

影還影,睇住時間呀!Lunch限時用餐1.5小時架!

屯門抵食好多,意粉嘅價錢已經包埋Starter同Dessert,但來回4小時車程唔可能再熬去囉~😂😂😂

原來果日屯門姊妹店4個餐包出手好闊綽架啦!!!我地3個人仲好意思問人有無得REFILL!!!😂😂😂

Honey不斷講:佢隻蝦好好味!(緊係啦,人地招牌菜黎架)

佢意粉真心好好味嘅,而我卻覺得屯門好味D,可能因為First Impression太太太深喇!慘喇!我無咗驚喜呀!!!

Pan-Fried Spanish Pork Rack with Sicilian Lemon Sauce $228

西班牙豬鞍略為煮多咗幾十秒,有少少乾身,味道好但唔係話太驚喜,好彩我無做大嘥鬼,有噒埋舊骨,骨邊嘅肉香濃JUICY好多~

培茶芝士蛋糕好味,好結實,好重培茶味~

Honey不斷講:佢個BROWNIE好好味!唔會太乾,好濕潤,入面仲有果乾~

唯一投訴,好嚴重裝修灰塵味,唔知係咪中央冷氣,有其他樓層大裝修緊~

雖然話我無咗屯門姊妹店果份驚喜,價錢又貴屯門DOUBLE,但係為咗食佢個每日新鮮整嘅意粉,而且佢由頭盤到甜品都好高質數,我地都會再黎幫襯嘅~(你估我地係太古區食餐飯又好平咩,同樣價錢係太古區係食唔到呢個質數囉)
